HORRIBLE attitudes, workers were exceedingly rude, then proceeded to ignore a lobby full of costumers for the next 20 minutes.... Waited over 45 minutes, and STILL couldn't get the order I'd already placed and paid for, despite the food being right there atthe counter, ready to be badges and handed out. Don't waste your time, you won't get your food in any decent kind of timeanyway, and you'll get treated like garbage. Read more
Not only do you have to wait in a line for 45 minutes before you're able to order food but a good chunk of the time they're out... of chicken. How do you consistently run out of chicken when it's the main thing you sell? The only reason I even bother goingback is because the food is good but after awhile it gets frustrating never actually getting the food because of one excuseafter another. Horrible customer service, I was ordering in the middle of the shift supposedly it took a long time for me to order, finally... when I was ready to order they said they didn?t have traditional chicken and they only have spicy chicken!! A bit slow, but not too bad. One sign panel in drive thru was broken and completely missing, making it a bit difficult to order.... They were out of a lot of stuff, including entrees, sides, and condiments, including some chicken products, mac and cheese,butter and honey. Potatoes and "gravy" had virtually no gravy. Food was served hot and fresh. The staff was apologetic andfriendly. Overall a bit disappointed, but the food was good if you like Popeyes. Read more
Why order online if you have to wait in the drive thru for over 30 mins? Why is the dining area closed during operating hours?... Why is this a continuous thing? Who is in charge? Says a lot about management. The food means nothing if the customersexperience is always inconvenient. Oh and do not bother calling, they do not answer. Shut the doors already. The food at Popeyes is good, although at the branch located on State Street the service is been declining for awhile now. Some... times the workers are in a bad mood and it takes a long time to get your order and in more than one occasion one of the sides ismissing. Although I love Popeyes chicken, I tried to stay away from this branch. Read more
These guys always make the chicken sandwich fresh for me. Its always busy, but they do it anyway. Great chicken! Great onion... rings! "Big guy" I think the manager, blue shirt was totally awesome when I was here. He even had insight about the donut shopnext door. He really made my experience great! I would go back here just because of this guy, wish I would have got his name.Grat place, great employees! Read more
Staff is rude and unprofessional. Really Dirty. This location should be shut down! Definitely do not recommend unless you want... to wait over 30 minutes just to be told they have no chicken. Read more
