Never ever come here. Food is amazing but the wait is outrageous. Never ever accept a DoorDash here even if it?s a good deal.... And as for DoorDashing it to your house, only do it if you can wait 2+ hours for your food! Read more
Absolutely a waste of time there are 2 different lanes one lane for pickups and one for normal ordering. I go through the pickup... line every time for DoorDash and I always seem to get ignored it gets ridiculous when I have to drive up to the window and honkat them to get there attention. Every single Popeyes in the Rockford area sucks. I don?t think I?ve ever had a good experiencewith them both for DoorDash and regularly. Worst Popeyes ever, never again. Read more
I was stuck in the Drive-Thru for over an hour, ordered a 16 piece mild tenders dinner. Get to the window and they did not have... mild only spicy! Two out of three girls was constantly on their phone! They didn't seem to have most of the stuff on the menu! Imost likely will not be back Read more

Whoever was working the window at 1:16 PM CENTRAL TIME this message is for you. To cut my grandma off the while she was ordering... her food?!? I heard you because she had me on the phone and I was appalled at how quickly you dismissed her while she was stillin the middle of her sentence. This may seem petty to you but it?s serious to me! Slow slow slow slow soooooo slow. Love the food but hate the service enough that it influences my decision about eating there. ... It comes down to do I want it bad enough to endure the experience. I'll probably doordash in future but I'll have to tip bigbecause I see dashers waiting 30+ minutes for orders too so they can't be making any money delivering people their Popeyes!!!! Read more
I ordered some food off of door dash right now on Dec 8th 2022 at 7pm and my food was literally cold as ever! The fries were... old and I know the chicken was too if the fries were , just plain disgusting. Who knows how long the food was sitting . Ihave children to feed these workers need some Insight or need better workers it's outright lazy to give people food that isold and cold and itcan get somone sick .Stop going here shut this business down.
