Being my first time, I was pleasantly surprised. Food was great, LOVED the soft pretzel bites! Service was a little... questionable. Our server wasn't that attentive. We had to ask for more drinks or refills on the sides, but everyone elseincluding our server was very nice when we interacted. Will go back. Read more

Large family here. Server was excellent patient and helpful. Ordered Whiskey River BBQ burger, which was delicious but was... just warm when I received it at the table. Cooked well as requested, just, warm. Kids all enjoyed their foods, and theBottomless sides is VERY appreciated, particularly for the kiddos. The freckled lemonade hits the spot. I have Celiac Disease, so I'm on a very strict gluten free diet. Where we're able to eat on a road trip is scarce. We've almost... always have good experiences with Red Robin, so we decided on the Rockford, IL loaction. By far the best burgers we've evereaten at Red Robin. Just like almost every other restaurant, they are shorthanded, but doing their best to keep the doors open. The strawberry... lemonade, which is usually my favorite, was pretty skimpy on the strawberries and didn't taste like it usually does. The foodwas o.k. but not spectacular. The outside of the place is looking rough. It just is looking neglected and that spills over intothe full experience.
