Tried this place out for the first time today, the bartender / waitress was very nice, I was alone so I sat at the bar, she... recommended the Italian beef bread bowl which was what I ultimately ordered and it was super delicious. Placed an order for pickup, the order took longer then *estimated to be done which isn't horrible, we waited at the bar for our... pizza to be done. But they brought out two pizzas. Turns out they took the order wrong over the phone and charged us for twopizzas. When we brought the issue up with the hostess she argued that she was the one who took the order and definitely did itright. The attitude was rude and unnecessary instead of trying to fix the issue. The woman who ended up fixing the order chargemistake wasn't much better for attitude like us overcharged was more inconvenient to her. No worries, if having paying customersis an inconvenience I'll take my business elsewhere. Then after checking the pizza... Well look at the photos... fresh, stillin the box. Sloppy, burnt, the half ingredients requested is unclear which side is which. As far as a take out experience goes.This one was definitely not pleasant. I'd recommend the owners possibly look into a retraining moment. Not sure why our pizza isburnt and just not the level of food or service anticipated. Read more
