Ordered online. Was there to pickup through the drive thru Was told to go Park.. Nothing came out. Went in nobody came to... counter to wait on me. Went out drove thru again...to be told same thing. After making a call there was told order was there andcome in to get they don't give out in drive-thru. That's really ridiculous. Took 1/2 hour when told be ready in 10 minutes. Foodwas cold. Don't have the online ordering option if you don't honor drive-thru pickup. Read more

I haven't been to a steak and shake for awhile, but this one had great customer service. They did forget our order of onion... rings, but when I went inside, the manager saw me waiting with my reciept. She had them make them hot and fresh straight away Read more
A treasured place--ruined. They may have switched vendors. The buns and meat/process is not the same. It felt like the meat was... boiled and not their traditional "smashed" burgers where the ends of the burger are buttery and crispy. This burger was boiledand dry. Good quality was very good as usual for steak and shake. There is no better shake in my opinion. People come in expecting to pay... $4 for a cheeseburger and get five star quality food but that?s just not how it works. For the price, there is no better food.Service was actually better than most steak and shake locations I know of so thanks for that. Read more
A typical Steak'n Shake location. Steak'n Shake is a fast food restaurant that tries to create a nostalgic diner experience.... They do have some unique menu option, such as fries topped with chili and cheese, which are a worthwhile experience. Thislocation also and an outside area, with sun umbrellas, which made it a safe choice to visit among the fast food options in thisarea. Read more
The steak burger and chili hit the mark, but the kiosk ordering for dining in was very off putting. I noticed multiple people... that came in we're very confused by the set up and we're having issues the service. My biggest gripe was with the dine instaffer harshing me about cash tips when I was ordering at the kiosk. Steak N Shake needs to make up its mind between beingfast food or a diner. I hope they fix these services issues because the food I ordered was pretty good. Read more
