They've been baked and too high to put cheese and beans into a taco more than once. They've closed down to blaze inside before... closing more than once. They've gotten me sick from the food (more than Taco Bell normally does) more than once. Read more

Can I choose 0 stars? I was told that the lobby lights didn't work, so the lobby was closed for safety. I understand a possible... safety issue, but if it was closed due to employee convenience, then that is something that should be addressed with theManagement. I would like to know what was done to fix the lobby lights later this morning in order to serve customersthrough-out the day. I hope the owner and Taco Bell check to see what was done to resolve this safety issue. Read more

The restaurant could definitely be cleaner, the womens bathroom soap didn't work, so that threw me off, there were mostly women... working there ???? on the bright side the service was fast and employees seemed nice! Read more

This is my go-to taco bell, only because it's been in my neighborhood since I was a kid. It always has hot food, fast and the... customer service has gotten better over the years. Some employees have a bit of an attitude but otherwise the food is given toyou fast and hot. Read more

I'm not sure what's going on lately but this location has gone downhill. I normally have not had any problems, but it feels like... lately there's some problem with my order and I'm honestly tired of paying for something and not get it. Let me explain. Thefirst few times there was something forgotten in my order and I didn't realize it until I got home. Because of how late it was Ididn't go back until the next day to which I was told, "There was nothing that could be done since I didn't come back rightaway." Me being the passive person I am I was like. Okay no worries. It wasn't expensive items and they're only human. Then theystarted having issues with their Mobil order app on their end. Twice I had to order at the intercom. The first time they didn'tdo anything for the inconvenience. And it was an inconvenience because one, it cost me more money, and two because some itemsare online only so I couldn't even get them. The second time they gave me some coupons for free tacos and or a crunch wrap.Which I am grateful for. And now tonight we went and the girl didn't mention at any point that they were out of certain sizes oranything. It wasn't until it was brought up that she said they were out of larges. Which again, would not have been a problemhad something been offered or I was at least told. Nor would I have minded if it wasn't for the fact that I had to pay for asize upgrade. So unfortunately I'll be taking my orders to another location where I have yet to experience any problems. First time visiting, was a little iffy on coming due to reviews but I will definitely come back again since it?s close. Drive... thru moved fast and very polite service. Seems like they are trying to work on giving their customers a better experience. My 12pack was hardshell; no shells were broke and weren?t soggy. They also included the perfect amount of napkins and sauce. Read more
