Ordered an Italian beef pizza which cost $42. Lady who took order had no idea what was on it. Asked for extra au jus and was... given only 1 VERY small cup which they charged me $1 for, but no extra au jus(you would need 12 or more of those cups for thispizza) . Called after delivery and lady on phone acted like she didn't care whatsoever and was very short with me. Pizza wasgood and fulfilling, but trying to nickle and dime for 3 cents of juice is not good for business when attempting to retaincustomers especially when charging Chicago prices. Over a few pennies of juice and bad customer service is why I will not beordering from here again. Read more
Stopped to dine in and we ordered meatball sandwiches. One of the drinks was wrong than one of the dressings was wrong. Not a... big deal but than both meals came out and it was spaghetti and meatballs not sandwiches. They offered to change it but like hellI’m returning food. No complaints on the food but there wasn’t even something taken off bill for an apology. Read more

Was 5 stars. Subtracting 1 for disappointing stuffed pizza. Very good Chicago style pizza though @ decent value. But their... stuffed pizza is not good. They just put another dough crust on top of the pizza so there is a TON of bread and then they skimpon the ingredients because you can't see them. Extra money for just a bunch of bread on top?! WAT?! We want cheese on a stuffedpizza, not bread! So, so much bread! WARNING WARNING! DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFFED PIZZA!! But please do try their standard panpizzas. They are great Chicago style. Read more
Stopped in for pizza, wanted to try them out. Nice place, nice atmosphere. Waitress was attentive, took drink order right away.... Ordered our pizza and it was brought out in a very reasonable time. Ordered the thin crust, pizza was excellent! Rivals many ofthe 'best' in Rockford! I highly recommend trying Vinnie's! The menu showed several other dishes I'll have to try soon! Greatexperience! Quite good for a shopping center pizza joint. My salad was a generous portion with very fresh ingredients. The lasagna was large... with generous amounts of sauce and cheese. Read more
As any Rockfordian would know, there are a LOT of pizza places here in the city. People will often disagree on who has the best... pie, but I would like to recommend Vinny's on having some of the best! You really get your money's worth here at Vinny's, theslices are huge and loaded with toppings that leave you wishing that the pie would never end. While I have not had their otherentree items, I can safely say that the pizzas are incredible and a worthy choice to cure that pizza itch that gets us all. Ihighly recommend the Spaghetti Stuffed pizza, it is thick, dense, heavy, and one slice is a hearty meal, letting that piestretch you through the next few days if you are on a budget. Love it!
