If I could give zero I would. This place is a joke anymore. Everytime I go in there trying to give them a chance I still get... disappointment. Either no flavoring at all if it is frozen or iced and warm milk for a hot coffee. Ask for it to be remade and Iget the same drink back not remade or a smaller size of the remade drink and still gets thrown in the trash can. Get told I willhave to wait they have other customers I get that but don't be rude making me sit another 20 mins for a drink that you did notmake in the first place. Very friendly staff and very nice dinning are, music is good. Nice view having your coffee on a fall raining day.
First, the staff is friendly! The reason for one star is that this location needs to make some changes due to low staffing.... Maybe they do away with their food menu. Limit the number of customizations. Add more mechanization. But I?ve been here for 30minutes. Literally 30 minutes, not ?customer time? 30 minutes. Ordered a Dark chocolate hot cocoa in the drive thru on my lunch break. When I went to drink it it was just warm milk. Thought... maybe the chocolate settled and stirred it up but nope. Just no chocolate in it. Tried calling a few times afterwards to letthem know the order was messed up and only got an automated voice. Sad I wasted my lunch break and gas for a cup of warm milk.My bagels were good though. So they got that right. Read more

I love Biggby and the Rockford one is a fairly recent stop for me. Unfortunately, today the cashier blatantly lied about the... cost of my drink. I looked online and told her how much it should cost, and she stated prices went up in January. While I don'tdoubt there was a rise in costs, how would this one drink cost more than I ever had to pay all year? Not to mention the pricesonline state they were 2022 prices. Very disappointing and probably won't return if I'm going to get charged extra. Read more
