If I could give zero I would. This place is a joke anymore. Everytime I go in there trying to give them a chance I still get... disappointment. Either no flavoring at all if it is frozen or iced and warm milk for a hot coffee. Ask for it to be remade and Iget the same drink back not remade or a smaller size of the remade drink and still gets thrown in the trash can. Get told I willhave to wait they have other customers I get that but don't be rude making me sit another 20 mins for a drink that you did notmake in the first place. Very friendly staff and very nice dinning are, music is good. Nice view having your coffee on a fall raining day.
First, the staff is friendly! The reason for one star is that this location needs to make some changes due to low staffing.... Maybe they do away with their food menu. Limit the number of customizations. Add more mechanization. But I?ve been here for 30minutes. Literally 30 minutes, not ?customer time? 30 minutes. Yes, it?s my choice, and it was a terrible choice- one I won?tmake again- but between the expense and the wait time, this Biggby is 100% not worth it. Read more
Ordered a Dark chocolate hot cocoa in the drive thru on my lunch break. When I went to drink it it was just warm milk. Thought... maybe the chocolate settled and stirred it up but nope. Just no chocolate in it. Tried calling a few times afterwards to letthem know the order was messed up and only got an automated voice. Sad I wasted my lunch break and gas for a cup of warm milk.My bagels were good though. So they got that right. Read more
Pleasant staff and usually fairly busy. I was picking up an order for someone and not familiar with the meenue. I didn't get... any guidance from the staff which was minutely disconcerting. Otherwise fast, friendly and young people working. Read more
I waited in line with the drive through for 25 minutes on my drip coffee that maybe take 25 seconds to make. Staff was really... rude and helped multiple people that walked into the store first before helping drive through. Its really unacceptable andembarrassing for the store to run that slowly. Read more
I never write google reviews however my past experiences at this location have been not great. It?s really a hit or a miss at... this location. You either get really fast or really slow service. The staff is also a hit or miss. The one male manager is niceand charismatic. The other ladies however are not as friendly. I have sat inside this location a couple times and each time Ihear things from the female employees talking about their other coworkers as well as guests. I understand that people talk inthe work place, but do it in the backroom where you aren?t shouting about it or where your customers can?t hear. I just do notget a positive vibe at all from this location. It seems like a toxic workplace and today when doing my work in the far corner ofthe store(with headphones on) I heard all about how one employee called off and they said not very great things about them. Theweek before I went in here I heard an employee say ?that person looks like they just jumped off a bridge.? I believe thatcomment was directed towards me since I was the only one in the shop and they were not helping a guest at the window. I had myhair in a bun with barley any makeup on. Regardless or not if it was directed to me, just know that people can hear what you aresaying when behind the counter. I love Biggby and the Rockford one is a fairly recent stop for me. Unfortunately, today the cashier blatantly lied about the... cost of my drink. I looked online and told her how much it should cost, and she stated prices went up in January. While I don'tdoubt there was a rise in costs, how would this one drink cost more than I ever had to pay all year? Not to mention the pricesonline state they were 2022 prices. Very disappointing and probably won't return if I'm going to get charged extra. Read more
