We ordered the family bundle with the coupon and you get 3 medium fries with it. I went to eat a fry and it was luke warm. Which... wasn't worth returning. Then the 3rd fry I went to eat was cold. I had my husband turn around and ask to exchange fries. He wasvery polite about. You could tell that Heather was very irritated that we asked to exchange fries. She was irritated when we gotto the window and gave her the old, cold fries. They also never gave us a receipt or napkins. We had to ask for napkins when wewent back through again for fresh fries. I had reward coupons from the library for a free four piece chicken nugget. But they told me at the drive-through that I could... only use one per guest? There are four of us in the car and I wanted to order three. So you?re telling me I have to come in tohave my kids individually hand them to you? And then a lady jumped on and also accused me of running over their sign, which Idid not- it was not even knocked over. Very very poor customer service. Save your time and go up another exit to Cedar Springsand hopefully get better service. I tried calling the restaurant to talk to a manager, but apparently they don?t answer theirphone. Update: it is true that Burger King has a bogus policy about you can?t use multiple coupons in the drive thru or morethan one order per car, only if you can come inside can you do that or you have to go thru the drive thru multiple times. (Whatabout disabled people or sick people or people with small children/babies that are depending on drive thru service?!?) Howeverthe people at the Cedar Springs Burger King were very polite and apologetic about it, unlike the Rockford Burger King. Read more
My family and I stopped at the Rockford Burger King on 7/14/22 after a day at Michigan's Adventure and we went inside to eat... dinner. There were only a couple cars in the drive thru and only one customer in line ahead of us and she was just finishingplacing her order. We ordered our food, paid and received our drinks and proceeded to wait. We waited 35 minutes and they hadn'teven started cooking our food. We asked for a refund and left and went to a Burger King in Greenville instead, getting all ourfood in 10 minutes. Read more
This place is a bad joke, ordered online, got there, waited in line for at least a half hour. We ordered the whopper king meals,... and was handed 2 tiny cheese burgers, and was told how wrong we were! They exchanged our order 2 more times tiny cheese burgersagain and then tiny hamburgers! food was good, unfortunately i was traveling and needed to use the restroom and the dining room was closed. only 1 of the 2... drive thru lanes were open and they had 1 person at each window. the sign said short staffed which i get but with 2ppl at thewindows I'm guessing there was at least one making the food. (legitimately I was in line for 20+ min) and there was 5 cars aheadof me. I have worked extensively in retail and never worked fast food, but I think putting the slowest person on making the fooddoesn't seem to be the best idea. Either way I got my food and had to make another stop to use the restroom and stretch. So this happened 15 mins ago at the time of the review. 11:54am on 5/25/2022. Got my food then found what appears to be a bite... outta my burger patty. Seeing as how most restaurants return/refund policy is a you must have the offending food order in handto replace it and I?m super hungry imma just cut around and eat the rest. Tyler was so helpful and nice, and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. There was a lady at the other... window yelling at him, but he was doing a lot of things there while I waited in the drive threw, as they were pressed for staff.Overall wonderful service and food.
