My son and I stopped in for dinner last night and were served by Holly. She was absolutely exceptional, my son was so impressed... with her service he said that she made this his favorite restaurant in Cedar. She was attentive, kind, and you could tell shetruly cared about her job. The food was wonderful and I just want to make sure someone knew what a gem you have in Holly. The food was amazing. The Bayou pizza was so good, I forgot to take a picture lol. Italian sausage, Cajun seasoning, grilled... shrimp, real scallops, and shredded crab meat. Absolutely amazing! Meatballs were good too. We had sangria which was alsodelicious. Read more
Absolutely exceptional! We came in from out of town and we’re blown away! Ordered their top two pizzas off the specialty menu... and can’t even comprehend what I just ate! Everything was so delicious! The prosciutto and fig pizza! CAN WE TALK ABOUT THEBALSAMIC PEARLS???? to die for. The salty from the prosciutto and sweet from the figs… oh my. AWESOME pizza. Incredibly impressed with the food here, service not so much. First visit and will be back again because the food... was so good. However, our server didn’t introduce themselves, never returned to check on our food, no refills oncocktails/waters. Had to ask the bartender for silverware/a napkin who told us to go ask the host stand. The tables in therestaurant were not full. Explained the frustration to our server, no apology. He dropped off the check at the table and walkedaway without saying a word. Again, absolutely will give it a second shot because we were so impressed with the food but reallyhoping service will be better in the future. Read more

As always, this is one of the best run, greatest food places in the country. They have traditional fare but also exclusive... innovative items such as the "Pizza D'italia" which won the best pizza in America award! Thats what we had last night and ourguests had a build your own meat pizza. I know the owner supports this community and America! The Bruschetta is one of the bestever. For the price, pizzas could be larger than 11 inches. I expected more of a flatter crush for wood fired pizza. We had the... margarita pizza. I like mine with large basil leaves, tomato slices and shredded cheese. This one had small pieces of basiland large slice of mozzarella. For my taste, I've had better.
