I try to get here at least once a week if not more. Love the rotating special tacos. Their chips with homemade salsa is so good.... My favorite tacos are the Pork Barbacoa, Machaca Beef and Al Pastor tacos. I always get the verde hot sauce on the side. Andthey have Topo Chico, Jarritos, glass bottle Coke plus more to drink. This is a truly quality taco stop! I was incredibly impressed with the quality and flavor of the meats. Their portioning works... perfectly and fits the taco without overfilling them too much (after all, tacos are really meant for handhold eating). One ofthe most impressive components was the tortillas! Handmade right when you order, they were a little thicker, fluffy and soft.Since they were so fresh, they didn’t split open and spill the taco everywhere!\n\nIf you’re up for something a little moreunique and delicious, go for the Quesa Taco upgrade. Crispy, caramelized cheese is never a bad choice, especially when it’sbetween two tortillas. Having this option on the menu also provides something a little unique to them.\n\nThe menu is smaller,with all your staple taco meats and small selection of add ons. But this simplicity in the menu really allows them to excel atwhat they do.\n\nThere is a small amount of indoor seating along the front windows, but the location makes it a great spot tograb some food to go and sit outside along the river. I ordered one of each of their tacos. They have a meatless taco, but that\'s a waste of time and calories. What\'s a taco... without meat?!? I had hot sauce on the side. The steak taco was amazing. The pieces of steak were \'not too big, not toosmall\'. When they\'re too small they get over cooked. When they\'re too big they can be tough to chew. Just the right size andgreat flavor. The chicken was very flavorful. The pork was my favorite. So much flavor in the meat.\n\nThe corn tortillas wereunlike anything I\'ve ever had at a restaurant. They are made fresh for each order. So good. So soft. So full offlavor.\n\nPresentation was great. Atmosphere was great. Prices are what I\'d expect($4-$5/taco).\n\nTortilla chips(an oftenoverlooked element to the official taco rating system) were awesome. Not so crispy that they damage the roof of my mouth(thinkcap\'n crunch), but firm enough to hold the weight of the salsa. Speaking of the salsa, probably the best \'not made at home\'salsa I\'ve ever had. Yes, I\'m sure the salsa you make from the ingredients you make in your all natural garden is better, butthis salsa is amazing. So much flavor and not too spicy. I actually added my left over hot sauce to the salsa to spice it up abit.\n\nIf you like tacos you need to go here. Met my friend here today for the first time. I ordered meatless tacos with no cheese. Told the cashier that I was vegan, plus I... can\'t do oil. She told Frank and he came over to the counter to tell me that he was going to clean the grill so I wouldn\'t getresidue from the meat and oil. That is amazing customer service. Best street tacos I\'ve had in years...nice to have this place right next to Pinball Land...kids can hang out while parents chow... down. I\'ve tried nearly everything on the menu, Machata Beef Tacos are my favorite! I\'ve also taken a lot of my foodie friendsthere and everyone loves the food so far.
