Tried to place an order for delivery and they ran the card over the phone said it declined and kept trying to run it draining my... bank account. What happened to customer care. I have worked in customer service my entire life and it takes a lot for me to getangry but when you tell me it was declined when I have proof it was not then say in so many words.
