Tried to place an order for delivery and they ran the card over the phone said it declined and kept trying to run it draining my... bank account. What happened to customer care. I have worked in customer service my entire life and it takes a lot for me to getangry but when you tell me it was declined when I have proof it was not then say in so many words. Hungry Howie's is always consistent, location to location. So you know what to expect. Still the best flavored crust ever. New... flatbread joint is good too. I wish you can cheese on top of the stuffed cheese bread, but it's all good. Read more
The store closed early 9 PM (10 PM), due to staffing issues. Apparently it is difficult for business owners to compete with free... money from Uncle Sam. Called in twice just after 9 PM. Store staff refused to take our order twice and then proceeded toabruptly end the call. Service definitely could have been better, but it is understandable. Love the Pizza, but I?ll neverorder from this franchise again. Read more
Ordered online. Said 25 minutes but was ready in under 15. When picking up no one wanted to come to the counter to help. 8... people in the back. 2 making pizzas, 2 cleaning, and 4 talking about next week's schedule. The delivery driver came out frontand yelled "counter" 2 different times, yet no one seemed to care. After continuing to wait I heard a person in the back yell"counter", and still no help. Gave 2 stars because the pizza was good, just lack of decent service. Read more
