My daughter (7) and I were on a daddy daughter date and I thought I would try this place out for the first time. I am happy we... did. We started out at the bar with some root beer on tap for her and a beer for me. We watched the cheese bread and pizza beput into the wood fire and be rotated with attention. My daughter filled up on the cheese bread. I ate my fair share too. Themarinara was fantastic with larger than life chunks of garlic in it. The pizza was delicious as well. Probably my favorite pizzaI have had in Rockford or Belmont. It was well seasoned and the toppings were very high quality (we had sausage and bacon) Theservice was prompt and friendly. We tried this restaurant on a whim, looking for something different. We found it! Absolutely AMAZING food and service. We... ordered 2 personal pizzas and the loaded nachos. The pizza prepared in a wood fired oven. The dough is not like any other andthe toppings are abundant. The nachos are homemade and wood fired as well, served with plenty of toppings. Bring an appetite,and you might leave with boxes of leftovers. They might even put on a show when they bring out pizza dough and toss it in frontof you. The restaurant does not have many tables inside, but also seating area outside for warmer weather. It was a great datenight. Read more
