Order 2 personal pan pizzas for pick up. .. They hand me one large pizza with what toppings I ordered for the personal pizzas on... each half.... I say I didn't Order a large...she says i know but it's the same toppings and we are out of personal pan pizzas sothis is what we made for you.....ummmmm No!!! That's not what I ordered..... They had my phone number to call me to see if thesubstitution would be satisfactory or if I was even ok with it yet they didn't call me! Ordered for delivery at 6:27, got a text saying out for delivery at 7:12, then got a text saying door dash would deliver at... 8:07! Terrible service expecting someone to eat food thats been sitting for over 45 minutes. Would not recommend. Spend yourmoney with literally anyone else. Read more

Dine in on Friday with 6 other tables, ordered a personal sized pizza for my daughter and 5 breadsticks to share. Ordered at... 5:45 & finally got our food at 7 pm only to not have any breadsticks and they didn't make the pizza correctly. Extremelydisappointed because every single time I come to this location something like this happens. I'm only here because my daughterwanted pizza hut soo bad. I'm not impressed. We've been there a few times in the last few months and again had a bad experience. We will not return to this location. Our... service took overly long. We were only told they ran out of cheese for garlic cheese toast after they delivered part of theorder. They offered a swap for cheese breadsticks instead. The pizza was out minutes later. The pepperoni lovers was very sparsewith some slices only having 3 pepponi on a slice. 3 of the 7 plates were given were DIRTY. Had never been washed from previoususe, ranch & pizza sauce still on them! Waitress was polite and handling 1 other table. We only saw 1 other worker the hour wewere there. Our table was not clean either when we sat at it. They did wash the chairs ad table quickly while wiping up the hugepop spill from previous client off the floor where we were to be seated. They are very friendly but service is super slow andjust one thing after another each visit being worse than the previous. Read more
