My order was great. The customer service on the other hand was not.
My wife and I stopped in today. Somewhat busy. Order taken promptly. Then waited, and waited, and waited. There was one... employee who was ?working? but talking to someone who may have also been an employee (off duty). He spent more time talkingthan working on orders for waiting customers. More work less talk!! Was terrible. Then had to go ask for a portion ofour order and was told we?re making more tea to fill order. 20 minutes. Finally said we had to leave and asked forrefund. lady was kind of rude when we forgot to tell her what size drink she made us feel dumb
Best Starbucks by far I believe it was OLIVER who took my order. Mixed just right he was very friendly and fast even though they... were very busy. I'm there at least a couple of times a week. The one thing I did notice was how disrespectful there MANAGER wasto the workers she was I was shocked. What is going on with that. If the manager needs to discipline a worker please do so inprivate.
