My wife and I stopped in today. Somewhat busy. Order taken promptly. Then waited, and waited, and waited. There was one... employee who was ?working? but talking to someone who may have also been an employee (off duty). He spent more time talkingthan working on orders for waiting customers. More work less talk!! Was terrible. Then had to go ask for a portion ofour order and was told we?re making more tea to fill order. 20 minutes. Finally said we had to leave and asked forrefund. Best Starbucks by far I believe it was OLIVER who took my order. Mixed just right he was very friendly and fast even though they... were very busy. I'm there at least a couple of times a week. The one thing I did notice was how disrespectful there MANAGER wasto the workers she was I was shocked. What is going on with that. If the manager needs to discipline a worker please do so inprivate. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch they were out of the crunchy pieces so they asked me if I would prefer a different topping,... which I very much appreciated. They were very nice professional in there. I?m only giving 4 stars because Meijer needs to changetheir tipping policy. The workers are not allowed to accept tips merely because they are located inside of the grocery store andnot in a stand alone Starbucks. I believe they would have better employment retention if they allowed these hardworking peopleto be compensated by customers with gratuities. There is absolutely no reason why they aren?t allowed that. Read more

POS systems go down, what do you do?? A free coffee is what happened here at Starbucks this morning! To say I was surprised is... an understatement. Manager didn't even bat an eye. Staff was very rude. Both staff members ignored me for 30+ seconds with no line. They didn't know how to take or enter my order... and had snappy attitudes.
