It would be 5 stars if they actually delivered. Tried getting delivery twice, though door dash, and after waiting over an hour... and 3 dashers later my order was cancelled. tried using Uber eats tonight and after watching my arrive time come and go Icancelled. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. The few times I've gone here it's extremely slow, poor customer service. For being in... rockford I had higher expectations. Gave me ALL ICE COLD TACOS an entire party pack plus extras. Called and asked about it, theyhung up on me and never answered the phone again, then would call me and hang up. Obviously very "professional." And like usualin this day and age management will do nothing about it. Read more
Phenomenal. I posted a survey off the receipt # 0425-4035-2473-3303. Isaiah and Autumn lifted me, however small amount, out of... the funk I was stuck in all day. I was actually smiling and happy to be there. They are in need of some serious love from thecompany. I manage an eyeglass business and these types of associates are ones you invest in. Worst experience. First it took over ten minutes in the drive thru. I ordered a #3 which is 3 soft tacos and I asked that they... be supreme. Well I guess they forgot how to put the sour cream in the taco because they added the sour cream to the wrapper! Noteven any in the tacos. Read more
