I like coming to this Holiday for a lot of reasons, like donuts, lottery tickets, etc. The people that work here are always... pleasant and nice. I would've given 5 stars but I can't. The reason is... they charge .40 cents more for premium gas here. TheHoliday in Delano (approx 3.2 miles away) is cheaper by .40 cents! I asked why they are charging so much more for their gas andthe response was... because we have to keep up with the gas stations in town. That's really the dumbest answer I've ever heard,but whatever. I will not get gas here unless they stop price gouging. Read more
This particular holiday is not in any of the Three Counties that are currently enforcing a curfew and yet the doors are locked... and say no cigs no cash no Lottery we will reopen at 6 a.m. all the lights are on and there was is worker inside but the doorsare locked Read more
Take care if you like to use the vacuum I started to use after less than 10 minutes the machine stopped which is not normal... according other holidays machine. The donut situation has been fixed, but now they've decided that you only get 30 seconds for 75 cents on the vacuum. So be... prepared to spend $5 if you want to vacuum your car. I've tried 3 separate times in the last 2 weeks; 30 sec/75 cents everytime. Literally anywhere else is a better deal. Read more
As a resident of Rockford I?ve been going to this holiday station since it open. I have become quite frustrated with this... holiday lately. I have the unlimited car wash, and for about the past year it seems the car wash is closed about 40% of thetime, which means I either don?t get my car washed or I have to drive about 20 minutes out of my way to get my car washed. Not avery good value for an unlimited car wash. It seems as a whole there is a very lackadaisical approach to customer service. Thegarbages outside are often overflowing, the parking lot often has litter in it. Also the very small wetland just to the south isfull of trash from the holiday station. Read more
I have been to this gas station15+ times and each time I have had the same experience....TERRIBLE. There is never any breakfast... food and when the attendants were asked about it, they said they were too busy, despite several of them standing around. Theattendants do not greet you, thank you, or engage in any conversation. As a matter of fact when your transaction is done, theyall turn and pick up their cell phone. A receipt is never offered and when you ask, they act like it is an inconvenience. Management needs to step up to the plate and give these employees some lessons in customer service. Read more
They installed new gas pumps a while back and they are very nice. That have had multiple issues with their freezer. I no... longer will get anything because it shows signs of being thawed and then frozen again. I got one car wash there and it was ahorriable experiance. I believe they let us in too soon after another car which made us miss the cycle of cleaning. When wegot to the drying area, the system wasn't ready and the door didn't open causing us to almost crash through the garage. Luckally an attendant noticed (after 5 minutes of honking) and hit the e-stop. Read more
