Just waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line and then did not even get the right order, and it was cold. Bad service all around
Ordered two steak biscuits for $4. Drive through took a long time. Received food from friendly young lady and drove off, did... not check the bag. Actually received a chicken filet biscuit and a sausage, egg and check biscuit - plus two orders of fries. NO STEAK BISCUITS. The food was hot and fresh but not what I ordered. Read more
Chicken was ok, didn't try to run off my plate. Little greasy. Service needs to be supervised better. Attitudes sucked.
The food was pretty good. My chicken was not the freshest but it was still edible. Biscuits were over cooked and hard but the... dirty rice, and pintos were great. Service was not exceptional but tolerable. These days it is hard to find fast food placeswith decent help. Good luck. Read more
Poor customer service! One of my family members went to pick up our order and was sitting in the pickup area for 20 minutes with... a newborn in the car. Called the restaurant and the manager said no one could go outside because they?re under age and shecouldn?t step out to give our food because she was the only manager on duty. When did our country get so soft about peopletaking orders out? If they?re that young and they can?t accomplish their job then don?t hire them, it was only 7:15 not likeit?s 10 at night, bojangles ain?t even in the hood?wtf? Read more
There is no way this is a 4 star rated restaurant. Worst bojangles I have ever been too. I went on my way home from Myrtle... beach. We waited 45 minutes on our food while staffed talked, danced, and laughed in the back. What food they did makes andgave us was cold and hard by the time we got the food we was waiting on?. Four of us traveling. We had never tried this restaurant before so we thought we would give it a try. The bathrooms were filthy!... No paper, one full of nasty that need to be cleaned. Paper strung all over the floor. They were not busy. Only two tables wereoccupied. The person taking orders had his back toward the customers, leaning on the counter on his phone. We decided that ifthey didn't care anymore than that, what were they allowing the people behind the counter to do! Left without purchasinganything. Went to McDonald's instead. Read more
Had to wait 30 minutes on 2 meals. I ordered a Breast and wing meal and got 2 thighs. My boyfriend ordered a supreme combo. All... of the sides were cold. There was no excuse. No tea on the floor. We we?re pretty disappointed. The front of the store was fullyet the employees were literally just acting confused. We had to ask about our order 3 times before we received it. Read more
