There was only one server, but it wasn't too busy, so that was ok. The spaghetti pans were empty and the sauce was dried up most... of the time we were there. The cheese on the salad bar tasted funny. There was hardly any pizza the whole time we were there.What little there was tasted good, but the pies were cut poorly. They also put paper under the pizza which made it hard to getoff the pan. We got there around 5 which is dinner time, so we really expected there to be more food out. We stood at the hostess stand for over 10 minutes and no one acknowledge us. We had to go and find someone in kitchen and ask... for help. Then it was still several minutes before we were sat. There were 7 of us, even after sitting us no one took drinkorder for another 10 minutes. The entire time we were there, there were no pizzas on buffet. If one came out it was gone beforewe could get out of our seats in the backroom to get pizza. The kitchen would not accept special requests for buffet. We had toask for drink refils 3 or 4 times. We were given 30 straws for 7 people. When we went to pay- it took over 15 minutes of waitingto pat and people kept making us move because we were in the way. It would have been easier to just check us out. The pizzas wedid get were soggy crusts and LOADED with grease. We would have to sop up the grease with multiple napkins to eat it. Read more

Waitress was doing all the work seating ppl cleaning tables and waiting on guests alone. There were 4 other employees standing... around. 1 woman even told waitress to seat ppl as she stood at register talking and laying head on male employee. I feel this isawful way for employees to act. Need better management. Read more
Went for lunch on Friday. Waitress was fine but the pizza was dry with hardly any sauce and the buffet was constantly empty. The... quality of the pizza and crust definitely needs to be improved greatly. Just because it?s a buffet doesn?t mean the pizza has tobe bad. Read more
Sorry service everyone staying in back near kitchen hardy never brought new pizza out and never asked to refill my tea of... course the waitress ask what kind I liked but never came from back and was in a hurry to give me my ticket like it was closingtime and this was a hour and half before they close! Literally would give it a negative if I could. Went to eat here the other day with my husband and toddler. Was there for over an... hour staring at a empty pizza bar waiting for pizza to come out only for them to box most of them up for to go orders. Once weactually had pizza come out, it tasted like microwaved frozen pizza. The salad bar was disgusting and dirty and barely stocked.We ordered waters and had to wait for 25 minutes to even get acknowledged by the waitress to refill our drinks.
