Went to subway in rockingham on east broad Avenue and they closed early and was rude to use. They were suppose to close at 9 we... got their at 8:25 and all they said was they were closed. And all the signs said closing at 9 even the website said 9 so why didthey close early because they were lazy and didn't want to work til they were suppose to at 9 Read more

Typical subway as far as food goes.. Customer service could have been better. Staff not very friendly or helpful.
Their ok here. Get off work super late came in at 9 pm several times and wanted something and they didn?t have because they were... about to close at 10 pm and wasn?t going to pull back out. When you go in the afternoon they great!!! Read more

Ordered online at this location, we were in the area at the time, got home and the order was wrong, tried calling it was just a... busy signal so I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant for them to tell me that they couldn't remake it and they areclosed even though online says they are open till 10 so I ask for a refund and they said I had to come back the following daywhich will be another 15 min drive so I expressed my frustration and told them I shouldn't have to make another trip there andmy food should've been made right the first time around and they wanted to get mad at me and told me to shut up and stop talkingthat they are closed and don't have to talk to me I told them I would be contacting a gm and they said that, that was ok becausenothing will be done anyway..... something really should be done about this Read more
