I gave it 2 stars only because I like Taco Bell food on occasion and the taco supremes were as good as they ever have been and I... enjoyed them. The problem is that we had to order at the kiosk which was a complete waste of time. It took me twice as long toorder as it should have. If there were any other customers in the place and it might have saved me some time I might not haveminded the experience at all. I ordered 2 drinks on the app. When I got to the drive thru, the girl said that online order could only be picked up... inside. There were no signs at the drive thru saying this and if true, why was I able to choose drive thru on the app. I wasunable to go inside and the girl got an attitude about it when I told her I couldn't. She told me to pull up, but forgot to turnoff her headset and I heard her say, "I don't see why she can't..". I left because I'm not accepting food from someone who isobviously upset with me.
