Dinning room is open when when... approaching Wendy's from 74 West be mindful and patient with oncoming traffic and opposite lane. And when exiting the parkinglot be mindful of traffic coming from 74 West a helpful tip is to turn right and go with the flow of traffic when exiting therestaurant there's also a side entrance. Staff is courteous and ready to serve not to mention they also serve early morningbreakfast may I recommend the baconator biscuit and juice because juice provides natural energy to jump start your day. My favorite fast food joint in Rockingham. Fresher than all of the others and fast. We do not get sick at all when we eat here.... On average we are biweekly customers when we are rolling through. So the system was down couldn?t order at the drive thru. As I drove away an employee hill are?s from the window you can come in... and order. So I parked and went in the girl at the counter made the comment she was going to reboot the system in the inside soit would go down as well. And too top off all the rudeness she tells me they don?t have any frostys. Worst customer service everI would greatly appreciate it if cooperate would contact me. The "our system is down" excuse has become a very obvious cover for not wanting to do your job. Go to this location and nine... times out of ten, their system is down. Definitely more issues with the night crew than during the day. Read more
We could tell from the moment the girl got behind the register, she didn't want to be there! LoL. Not polite at all. "What do... you want" was said to us, and she made us feel like she didn't want us there. The place was dirty, and it was an issue when iasked for ketchup packets (because ALL the condiment pumps were empty.
