I don't know who is the manager now but the hours that are shown on the door and online are B.S they close when they want to. So... if you live a good distance away it is best to call before you go. I went in tonight at 10:09pm I paid for my food and waitedawhile talked with some workers who were very nice. I have been to this zaxbys many of times and always had a amazing experience. This last time the lady who took our order was... extremely rude. We ordered for a few different people and had 5 meals and the drinks. She seemed very bored and kept rushing uswhile trying to order. Not very customer friendly. Everyone else was amazing. Read more

Fives stars is a givin when dealing with ZAXBY'S. Even horrible staff and nature's wrath couldn't mess up the deliciousness of... this chicken. Luckily you don't have to worry about staffing issues at this location. The staff here have great attitudes, arefast and take pride in their work. The honey butter was amazing and the Zaxville hot was delicious(though I prefer the insane.)Could have used a bit more sauce i.m.o. but then I like a lot of sauce.
