Omg so sloooow, this is the problem with technology.The online orders come before customers in the drive thru, Or if you?re in... the store and that?s if they even open the lobby. One coffee, a 22 minute wait. This is unacceptable we pay for the product weneed better service. Rockland Maine Dunkin step up. Read more

I'd like to give 0 stars if I could! From the moment the window opened it was bad service! Here's why..... The lady opened the... window, she never said hello, she just continued to have a conversation with a coworker talking trash about another co-worker.She didn't even acknowledge us except to tell us how much it cost, and when the coffees came out wrong, because she wasn'tlistening and was asked to fix it, she treated me like I had done something wrong! And after they "fixed" it, which they didn'tthey just added more flavoring into my already chocolate milk, I still had to go back and order and pay for another shot ofespresso because my machiato had no coffee in it!! So not a great experience at all! What happened to customer service?! Read more

Didn't feel like a big dinner so thought Dunkin Donuts and coffee would be just right. Wife and I walked 1/2 hour down from our... hotel. Google stated dining and drive thru open until 8. Arrived at 6:30 to see 3 employees inside. Walked in and immediatelytold lobby was closed but we could use the drive thru. Stated we were on foot so they responded we could get something to go ifit was a simple order! Decided to go where someone wanted our business. Read more

Dunkin is doing a great time despite the lack of workers. They are hard workers and doing their best and I always thank everyone... there for providing food/drink every morning. Read more

This place feels like it's out of the twilight zone! Their lobby is currently closed (but the doors aren't locked), and they're... only allowing drive thru. So people walking up from the neighborhood surrounding aren't able to order, and are shooed out of thedrive thru if they walk up there despite having a walk up sign for events right on their window. This was right after we saw acouple of people bike up going to wrong direction and hang out at the window chatting. We literally weren't able to order lol Read more

We stood waiting on our order for 30 minutes (two coffees). 6 people that ordered after us got their orders, plus at least 10... vehicles through the drive-through. I don?t blame the employees, at least they?re working. This poor service is a directreflection of management and corporate?s ineffective leadership. Read more

9/10 times I get my coffee from this location it is wrong. Today, one coffee was missing the espresso shot, that costs extra,... and the other was supposed to be a caramel craze signature latte that was missing the caramel, whipped cream, and cinnamonsugar. That's everything that makes it what it is, it was just ice, espresso and milk. I have to say the only reason I evenchose Rockland was because I did on- the- go and Thomaston wasn't offering mobile ordering but next time I'll just go wait inline instead of ordering through Rockland. I understand they're understaffed, but the owner's/manager's rudeness towards us when we placed our order as walk-ins was... completely out of line. Their stress is not an excuse to take it out on the customer. I don't normally leave reviews but I feltit was necessary to share this experience, as it was entirely unprofessional and unprovoked.
