I mean it's an average McDonalds. The reason for the 3 Star is simple and most likely petty but.... When the you man handed me... the 2 drinks we ordered a diet coke and a Dr pepper, I asked him which was which to which he replied "I don't know" me"seriously?" The people are very nice, but it just seems that I can't get that juicy hot burger I used to get only a year ago. And this is in... all locations I've tried. Perhaps it has to do with the new app and the deals. And what deals. And they have to be paid forsomehow. I am no expert, so I really can't say much. So, my solution has been to switch to chicken sandwiches instead. They aregood, but I'd like to have the southwestern chicken salad back!!!!! Absolute worst customer service in my entire life. Ordered through the app to try and make the process smoother and faster, I... came inside to check on what the hold up was since I'd been sitting in curbside pick for ten minutes, and I was given attitudeand excuses and told the order apparently didn't come through. Any other restaurant I've ever been to or worked at would haveapologized and gotten to work on it, not told me "it's not on the screen, what do you want me to do about it".
