What can I say, this is McDonald's! I know what the food is like. The atmosphere is typical for a fast food restaurant. It... wasn't too busy when I went there in the late afternoon. I mean it's an average McDonalds. The reason for the 3 Star is simple and most likely petty but.... When the you man handed me... the 2 drinks we ordered a diet coke and a Dr pepper, I asked him which was which to which he replied "I don't know" me"seriously?" The people are very nice, but it just seems that I can't get that juicy hot burger I used to get only a year ago. And this is in... all locations I've tried. Perhaps it has to do with the new app and the deals. And what deals. And they have to be paid forsomehow. I am no expert, so I really can't say much. So, my solution has been to switch to chicken sandwiches instead. They aregood, but I'd like to have the southwestern chicken salad back!!!!! We came down to Rockland for a fishing trip. Went to order two sandwiches and a drink and a hash brown the lady at the cash... register said 38.36$ We expressed that that price didn?t sound right then with an attitude she switched the order and made itcost more then asked in a rude manner ?that?ll be 39.46$ is that better?? We said no. She gave another attitude and said thatthe sandwiches don?t come with cheese, and it cost more to add it. What breakfast sandwich doesn?t come with cheese? We orderedtwo breakfast sandwiches and a mango pineapple smoothie along with a hash brown. Hello! I went to the Rockland ME McDonald's and ordered a triple cheese add bacon and Mac sauce. Went to open my sandwich and... there was lettuce in it. Absolute worst customer service in my entire life. Ordered through the app to try and make the process smoother and faster, I... came inside to check on what the hold up was since I'd been sitting in curbside pick for ten minutes, and I was given attitudeand excuses and told the order apparently didn't come through. Any other restaurant I've ever been to or worked at would haveapologized and gotten to work on it, not told me "it's not on the screen, what do you want me to do about it".
