Disappointing service lately - last 2 orders were terrible. First time it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and I refused the cold... food at that point (restaurant had closed 15 minutes before the even arrived). So the kids were upset that night. Tried anotherorder again and paid nearly $70 for very very COLD pizza (2 of them) AND the soda I ordered was forgotten so we had to wait forthem to bring it back which made the food even colder! Cold pizza does not taste good to me so I didn't even eat it..... wasteof money which I can't afford to do these days. I even sent them an email to give them feedback and got an email apologizing forthe 1st order and said I would receive a call within 5 business days.... never happened. Bad service!! Read more
Haven't been to Pizza Hut in forever. No more salad bar and stuffed crust is too cheesey for me. The pizza was ok. Just not... exceptional. Read more
We had lunch. It was Pizza Hut. Super quiet which I love but still no salad bar which is a total bummer. Our server who was the... only one on was awesome and very perky and had a bubbly personality. The manager however was pretty snarky and wasn?t veryfriendly at all. Just walked around scratching his belly which made me question our food choice for lunch. Read more

One of our pizzas wasn't correct yet again. Seems like every time we order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, green peppers and... onions we never get the green peppers and onions only the pepperoni. This is the second time. It states on all of our ordersthat we wanted the thin crust pizza with what's above. But Everything else was okay I suppose. Read more

The Pizza Hut in Rockland, Maine has always been a favorite, but today was the first time in a very long time that I ate in.... Staff was just awesome, friendly and caring. Food is always great. ???? I hope they always stay where they are. Read more
