Awful service wrong order and when I went back to let them know they actually made me go through my bag to find the 2 mama... burgers with buns and return it to them. Then they gave me my 2 lettuce wrapped mama burgers. Got home started to eat it andfound 2 hairs in it. The first 1 I just removed znd didn't eat that part of the burger but the second one taking a picture toshow it. Read more

Ordered a combo with sweet potato fries at the drive through. They forgot the spicy mayo, but as I walked in the restaurant, one... of the staff was about to head outside to give me the missing mayo. Good service. Read more
My grandmother, who is now 81 and lives alone loves to go here. She feels like the owner cares and gives extra care to the... elderly. When she arrives at the door with her walker, he comes and opens them for her, greets her and takes her order at thetable. I'm so grateful they go above and beyond like that. Support this location! On our way back from a long ride through the back roads of Hawkesbury, we see this beautiful big A & W Rockland, 23 km sign.... After being caught in a rain storm we couldn't wait to get there. Well, upon arrival, all of the chairs were already turnedover the table and some guy was washing the floors. It was 7:30 pm, the restaurant closes at 9 pm, we were confused to say theleast. We had our very hungry 80 year oldlm with us, who has mobility issues and thus moves around in a walker. Upon opening thedoor to the restaurant, we were greeted with wet & flooded floors and basically, the guy washing them was not letting up andcontinued to work around us. Granted, we were given a table when I asked if we're able to dine in. I pointed out that it was7:30 ish & that it closes at 9 pm. Needless to say, getting to the cash to ace our order was an obstacle course of water & floorcleaning machine which never stopped making this horrendous noise during our entire stay. Thankfully, our order came in a timelyfashion brought tonus by the cashier. The food was ok but loop warm sadly, but being so hungry, we had no time tocomplain. Getting up to go get salt& pepper, vinegar , mayo at the station also proved very difficult as the individual cleaningthe floors had flooded them with soap/water making it near impossible to access them. Needless to say, we won't be returning tothis location. It was a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience to say the least. At least none of us slipped on the flooralthough there were a few close calls. Read more
So-so service. Ordering multiple burgers, with different requests for some of them. Seems to throw them off. Tables were not all... cleaned. Drive thru offered. Bonus - they use French's ketchup, which is better! Famous for their root beer served in frostyglass mugs. #localguide Read more
