We had ordered a pizza for delivery but unfortunately the pizza was not prepared correctly so I called to inform them of the... issue and the way they handle the situation was incredibly well done and is also how every retail/restaurant should strive tosolve a problem. First off they immediately apologized for what happened and insisted on remaking our pizza which is to beexpected in that situation. However they went over and above, the store manager personally made our new pizza and the storesupervisor (Patrick) cut it and delivered it to us just to apologize and make sure everything was perfect. Patrick explained tome that they were sorry for what happened and also continued to explain how they were going to deal with the issue to avoid itin the future. As someone who worked in the same industry for years, I was very impressed how it handled. Hats off to dominosRockland for changing a potentially awful experience into a great and refreshing display of customer service. Read more
Y'all pratically stole my money! I was checking out the app because I wanted to see what you guys had to offer for if I would... ever want to buy something. And when I pressed on chicken wings with barbecue sauce just to see how they payment process works,it some how made an order for me and I couldn't even cancel it!! Read more

Right team to keep client happy, Staff at store and delivey person were great today.
This place was ok a couple of years ago and I mean just ok. Just spent 35.00 for a pizza, took one bite and chucked it.... Absolutely horrid. It sadly tasted like it looked. Are they putting garbage on their pizzas now? I am left to wonder. Thisisn't a big city and there are lots of pizza places. You just lost one more customer. How many more can you afford? Think aboutthat.only thing I will say is the staff were very nice and the pickup was pleasant and efficient. That being said I didn't payfor a social experience. I payed for decent food. Bottom line, I feel sorry for the nice people who work there having to servetrash to unsuspecting customers. Read more
