Clean store, friendly staff. Food was hot and fresh. You can tell they have pride, refreshing to see.
For the second time in a row, the shake machine was broken. That's the point of Arby's, roast beef sandwich and shake! So we... got our roast beef sandwiches but had to go to McDonald's for milkshakes and their shakes weren't frozen at all. Inconvenientand all cost more since not part of a meal. Will call Arby's ahead next time and if shake machine not working, will go to Steakn Shake or Chik Filet instead. They are closer anyway. But we do like roast beef sandwiches now and then. And the shakes whenthey actually have them. Read more

The quality of Arby's food never fails me to be delicious for a fast food restaurant I'd recommend this over Chick-fil-A any day... the chicken anything is better the breakfast is really good aswell it seems like they make better quality sandwiches here thisis where you go for a good sandwich of many kinds ???? Make sure you don't order a drink. They don't use a water filter. As a result all fountain drinks,and teas taste really really... bad!. There was a young "couple" running the drive thru window. Their flirtation was getting in the way of efficiency. Had toask 3 times for napkins and ketchup. Read more
Drive-through service is consistently very slow. At my last visit, I waited in line for over 15 minutes with only 3 cars in... front of me - that's ridiculous!!! Also terrible, the drive-through line is poorly designed. The car waiting behind the oneordering at the speaker blocks the traffic trying to exit through the one-way parking lot. If the staff makes the car at thespeaker wait to order (which they often do), traffic and tempers only get worse. My only advice if you really want to use thisArby's is to park in the north side parking lot and walk in to order - if you drive around the building or park on the southside, there's a good chance you could get stuck trying to exit. Why should anyone have to wait just to drive out of aplace?!?! Lastly, if you want a milkshake, skip this place - their machine is almost always broken. Read more

Drive thru, counted before we left. Ok. Asked for extra condiments with 4 sandwiches and 2 LG fries. Didn't get enough for each... sandwich. Let alone extra for fries. My Beef & cheddar looks like it's been used in a food fight and replaced back into therapper. Both fry packs were half filled. Almost $30. Pathetic. Read more
