I decided to go here because I was craving a Lox bagel and it was the closest bagel shop to me. When I arrived there were quite... a few people waiting for food. Employee took my order quickly. However I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my bagelorder. My bagel had more cream cheese than Lox. I asked for my bagel to be toasted. It was not. Used to love this place but the service has gone seriously downhill. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby after ordering ahead online.... Finally overheard them saying they were out of the kind of bagel I ordered, didn?t bother to ask what I wanted substituted eventhough I?d been standing in the lobby the whole time. Read more
Took almost 20 minutes to get our order of a toasted bagel and an egg & bacon on a bagel. The bagels were not toasted and they... put the 2 measly pieces of bacon they could find on my $5.50 sandwich. I didn't ask them to remake them, but I did ask if Icould have an extra piece of bacon. They were snotty about it, so I told them I didn't really appreciate the attitude. To befair, the young man behind the counter tried to bring me 3 more pieces, and I was so disgusted by the big deal they made I toldthem to keep it. This place used to be OK. But it?s gone way downhill. The workers are nice enough but it?s always understaffed and they could... use some organization. The last two times I got a dozen bagels they were already stale. The quality is barely better thanfrozen bagels at Publix. Read more
The bagel sandwiches taste great, but unfortunately the poor customer service and slow service times outweigh everything. Your... food is only as good as the way your customers feel leaving your shop. I really hope management can turn things around. Read more
Ordered 5 bagels with sausage, egg & cheese, 1w/steak, egg & cheese, all extra toasted, through Door Dash. The order was... delivered promptly but 3 out of 6 bagels had no cheese. I called to let them know that 3 of the bagels had no cheese. I forgotto mention that all bagels were lightly toasted, not extra toasted. Mind you, they charge $1 for cheese! They told me that theonly way to resolve the issue was for me to drive to Rockledge to replace the bagels. Never even apologized for their errors. 1)I am disabled, having severe issues, which is why I used Door Dash for delivery. 2) I live in Merritt Island. Kind of defeatsthe reasons for using Door Dash. 3) A simple apology would have been sufficient. The actual point of my call wasn?t to replacethe food. It was to inform them that they had grossly ignored what the actual order was. The lack of concern for their ineptservice, along with no apology for their lack service, is what has prompted this review. Read more
I honestly love this place for a good bagel sandwich but today I wasn?t happy. I ordered a everything bagel and an Asiago bagel... sandwiches, I should have opened the bag up to make sure they were correct but the receipt said what I wanted. My boyfriend gothome with the bagels and they were both an everything bagel sandwiches which I was very disappointed as I was starving and I?mallergic to sesame seeds. I had to call back to get a new sandwich and I picked it up and it still didn?t have want I asked foron the sandwich but the right bagel. I will be returning but this experience was not great after working a long shift. Read more
Your worker, Ashlin was amazing! In a society today where most people are miserable, she was a breath of fresh air! And she did... my order perfect. While I was waiting for my order to get done she took care of at least another half dozen or more people andtook care of them as well.
