Been following this ice cream truck and their lovely team around town for many of their events and today their owner Tanisha... went truly above and beyond to make an anniversary of mine special. She took the extra time today, even though their shop wasclosed after a long previous day of serving it up at the Space Coast Music Festival, to make a pint of Apollo Pistachio Crunch(our fave!).
