I DO NOT UNDERSTAND....WHY???????? This Ice-cream isn't in EVERY store from here to Bangkok and outer reaches of the... Been following this ice cream truck and their lovely team around town for many of their events and today their owner Tanisha... went truly above and beyond to make an anniversary of mine special. She took the extra time today, even though their shop wasclosed after a long previous day of serving it up at the Space Coast Music Festival, to make a pint of Apollo Pistachio Crunch(our fave!). We discovered Cosmos Ice cream truck at the Strawberry Festival in Palm Coast FL and absolutely fell in love with some of the... best ice cream we have ever had! The pistachio ice cream was DIVINE! The strawberry ice cream was AMAZING! Everyone we talked tosaid the same. This was hands down the BEST ice cream any of us have ever had! The truck is super cool! We enjoyed the viewssitting up top. And the owner is the most down to earth, sweetest lady ever who is just tickled to hear you rave about hercreations! If you want to support disabled owned, or veteran owned or woman owned you can knock out three or four birds with onestone and support one of the coolest businesses out there with some of the best ice cream around. I rarely take the time towrite reviews but I?ve had this on my to do list for a while! My kids loved it! My parents loved it! I loved it! It wasPHENOMENAL! COSMOS NITROGEN ICE CREAM TRUCK HAS CHANGED THE GAME!!!! Me and my little sister literally try to find out where Cosmos is going... to be each weekend so we can get some of their good ole ice cream. Community event. Truck was over half an hour late. (We were the second stop.) After reading all about their fabulous flavors,... add-ins, and toppings, what did we get? Our choice of one scoop of vanilla or one scoop of chocolate. Which contained gluten. Sowe basically got less than nothing. What a waste of time. Read more
