I am a regular customer, and today they went above and beyond. Great service and a hot pumpkin muffin out of the oven. The team... member that made my coffee was super friendly. I came in just for coffee but I ended up buying 4 muffins because they had justcome out and the offer for oven fresh pumpkin muffins was to tempting! I am not one to say anything, but I have to place a review for this location. They need to get staff that actually knows what... they?re doing. Went there this morning, waited 23 minutes for two coffees and a sandwich instead I got a cold coffee not filledall the way and hot latte was wrong and cold as well and I got a donut instead of a sandwich??? I have been here several timesand they always get something wrong. The only one time they Got something right was when the manager, I think she is the managerbecause she is always there working and very friendly, and knows what she is doing? This location is very slow, staff looksconfused?. No wonder this location is never busy? sad to say, but they lost another customer, we will drive to other locationson US1 in Rockledge or Viera?
