I am a regular customer, and today they went above and beyond. Great service and a hot pumpkin muffin out of the oven. The team... member that made my coffee was super friendly. I came in just for coffee but I ended up buying 4 muffins because they had justcome out and the offer for oven fresh pumpkin muffins was to tempting! I am not one to say anything, but I have to place a review for this location. They need to get staff that actually knows what... they?re doing. Went there this morning, waited 23 minutes for two coffees and a sandwich instead I got a cold coffee not filledall the way and hot latte was wrong and cold as well and I got a donut instead of a sandwich??? I have been here several timesand they always get something wrong. The only one time they Got something right was when the manager, I think she is the managerbecause she is always there working and very friendly, and knows what she is doing? This location is very slow, staff looksconfused?. No wonder this location is never busy? sad to say, but they lost another customer, we will drive to other locationson US1 in Rockledge or Viera? I ordered a large hot coffee, extra cream and sugar? Normally that?s 5 sugar, 5 cream.. Instead I got 5 sugar, I cream??? Then I... ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk, instead I got a pumpkin swirl??? To top it off I asked for a glaze donut and got acoffee roll? Smh!! So sad that can?t get a simple order? As it would seem that they are requiring employees to get on and do positive reviews for their shop to drown out the 'real' and... negative reviews. This place is not worth the time, effort or the payment of your hard earned money. Went there, lobby was onceagain closed with no sign on the door to inform customer's before they pull on the handle. Went through drive thru only to havethem interrupting each other over the mic while I was trying to order. Didn't even get the correct order. What's more the jellyfilled donuts I received were clearly old and I had to scoop the filling itself out with a spoon because it was making me feelphysically sick. All in all this would actually be a zero star review. Want real coffee and food? Go to Scooters, though a bitmore expensive at least you get what you pay for and much better experience. Read more
I'm a diabetic I asked for sugar free vanilla flavoring, the girl at the window tried to give me a my drink with caramel swirled... around the cup. I said no that's not mine I can't drink that I'm diabetic she says you won't taste the caramel and that's howthey always make it.
