Rude staff. Obviously don't care if anyone comes back. Talks about customers like they can't here through the glass. I know... it's hard to find good employees but saying we only put whipped cream on signature Latte in the picture to make them prettier isridiculous and the cup was 3/4 full. If the order is wrong MAKE IT RIGHT. Based on all the reviews here management can'tpossibly care. My money is hard earned but can spend anywhere and it will NOT be this DD again. Read more

This is the worst DD I have ever experienced. Most of the time they have very little food and one visit I was told they had no... food another their ovens weren't working. I risked one more time this morning and they of course did not have what I wanted soI ordered a bagel with cream cheese. When I got my bagel there was such a thin thin layer of cream cheese you could barely seeit much less taste it! Never again, I'm done Read more

This location has struggled with staffing since opening, however this morning, I can honestly say that the 2 employees that were... there were trying their hardest to serve everyone as quickly as possible. The young lady was working front counter and drivethru. She was diligently trying her best to accommodate both areas, well the customer inside the store felt like she was beingignored and things escalated rather quickly. I do not agree with the unprofessionalism that was displayed by both of theemployees, however I do understand their frustration. I love having this location near my home and I pray the staffing gods sendreliable help soon. I sincerely hope the actions of this morning does not discourage either of those employees from doing theirjob. Tomorrow is a new day!! Read more

Okay I just spent 25 minutes in the drive thru, time I can never get back. Late for work too! It started with the rudest... employee while ordering. I asked what type of munchkins they had today, she said, "Pumpkin, chocolate, & blueberry." I justwanted to double check so I asked if they had glazed munchkins. The employee very rudely just repeated herself and said,"Pumpkin, chocolate, & blueberry." I would expect, no ma'am we're out of glazed, or, sorry we don?t make glazed munchkins?instead of being spoken to so rudely. Then I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line with no escape. And guess what? I FINALLYgot to the window? did I get the munchkins I ordered? NO, I did not get what I ordered? and of course I didn't check until Idrove away. This is my fault. This is one of the world's most basic jobs, put four munchkins in a bag and hand it out the windowto the person who ordered it... why is this so difficult? This place consistently gets poor reviews. Who is the owner of thisplace? Don't you have any pride in your business by wanting to make your restaurant a beacon in the community? I get thateveryone is short on employees but that is absolutely no excuse for rudeness and getting a basic order wrong. I think everyonetries to have a little extra patience these days, however, in my humble opinion, this is unacceptable. Great, staff, quick and helpful! Edit: this place went down hill, or fell off a cliff real fast. Service is really slow now,... coffee tastes HORRIBLE about 98% of the time. The employees all look like they hate working there. They run out of Splenda acouple times a week. Read more

The service has never been good here but today was the worst. Not one other customer in the store and the person behind the... counter was annoyed that we were there. No hello or any greeting at all. We ordered the Brown Sugar Iced Coffee. It took foreverto make. She took our money without even a thank you or anything. We felt very uncomfortable and left . When we tasted ourdrinks they were horrible! So undrinkable we threw them out. I called the customer service number and complained. We will nevergo back to this location. Read more

Gave this place multiple attempts because it was new but they still can't handle it. Plan on waiting 30 minutes for a drink even... if it's not busy. Staff is always rude and careless. Update: Gave it two more chances and each time wasn't the best. Staff isalways rude. I always wait for my coffee at the second window for 5 minutes even though it's sitting on the shelf and I'mlooking at it. Everytime. I don't like watching my ice coffee melt while the staff in the back are on their cellphone whileworking. Never answer phone calls. It's almost insane this business can stay open like this. We aren't Karen's if we are payingalmost 5 bucks for a coffee and we can't even get eye contact or the attention of the employees for more than 30 seconds. Dobetter. Read more
