I was just in your store this afternoon and I am shocked and disgusted by how your staff treated a customer who came in to... inquire about the kids birthday program; a program that is ON YOUR WEBSITE. A woman named Sarah Bush, who is apparently a?regional manager?, was exceedingly rude and disrespectful to this customer. In my decade of working customer service, I havenever seen anything like that, nor would I have acted that way. I actually lost my appetite watching this unfold in front of me.This is not how someone in customer service should act. The customer didn?t deserve to be treated that way and then ALSO bethreatened. The lack of respect in this location is disgusting. I also want to note the professionalism is not there. To the young woman... with all the Hickeys all over her neck. You look gross and where is your self-respect. When you work at an establishment, yourepresent them and seeing how nasty your neck looked just shows how you treat this workplace. Also slamming my husbands sub infront of him on his lunch break shows not only how disrespectful you are to another person but shows the lack of self-respect.If you had any self-respect you wouldn't have hickeys all over your neck let alone would conduct yourself in a professionalmanner. We will never be coming back here and I hope your manager fires you. You are representing firefighter, individuals thatput their life on the line for you and many others when needed. I would not want someone like that working in my establishment.Learn some respect for others, I don't care how bad of a day you are having, You don't take it out on customers. Subs were so greasy that both my husband and I felt queasy after we ate. Potato soup didn't have 1 potato in it and tasted like... it was a powdered soup mix. Overall, TERRIBLE. Definitely won't be back or recommend Read more
