I got severe food poisoning from this place. I've never been so sick from food poisoning that I almost went to the hospital. I... should have, but I never expected it to be that bad. I?m not one to slam a restaurant but, this place is horrible. They shorted me on gravy and biscuits, shorted the order of the... lady in front of me, I asked and paid for a bucket of extra crispy and got the most awful bucket regular chicken I think I?veever had. The Mac and cheese was so mushy the kids wouldn?t eat it and the chicken was way over cooked. Take my advice and goelsewhere. Read more
The only thing good about this KFC was Tiffany. We waited 40 minutes for our chicken 20 of those minutes waiting before they... told us they had no wings or breasts would I like legs and thighs for $ 40.00. so spent another 20 mins waiting for our breastsand wings. Today, 8/22/22 I went to the KFC/Pizzahut drive thru on my lunch break in Rockledge on US1 just to spend 15-20 minutes waiting... on a long line at 1:10PM. The man in the truck ahead of me said they were closed. They didn?t close the drive thru off and wasimpossible to get out of the line. Very aggravating for a ?fast food? restaurant not to be open that late in the afternoonwithout changing their hours. Also, wasting peoples lunch hour!!! Horrible Service!!! ???????????? Read more
This is the second experience I have had with the Kentucky fried chicken in Rockledge fla. you usually don?t get me but once but... tonight my son decided on dinner and he chose kfc. The experience I had with them tonight is the same experience I had with themthe first time, burnt chicken. They filled the bucket up with chicken and put the bad chicken on the bottom. I ordered in drive thru the 8 piece meal and they were out of coleslaw and green beans so I got the corn. I ordered the grill... chicken and she said there a 6 minutes waiting time I said okay and then it took another 25 minutes waiting for my order. Ireceived my order and asked if she put the condiments in bag she said yes and left so I checked and there's was no condiments soI had to go in side and get them. I can say this that the grill chicken was hot and good. But the Corn was dry and Cold .Serviceneeds some help and leader ship. Read more
The food as alwayssss was delicious. We proceeded to make our way through the Drive-thru line, along with many customers waiting... and leaving behind us. When we went to order, we were told by the associate, "he'd be with us in a minute." Well, we waitedapprox 15 minutes and said, "HELLOOOO, CAN SOMEONE HELP US PLEASE????!!!! WE'VE BEEN SITTING HERE WAITING FOR 10-15 MINS NOW!".The associate's response was, "Sorry, we're too busy to take your order!". I responded by saying, "I'm sorry, but we've beensitting here for a long time waiting patiently and we would like to order some food!!". So, they quickly took our order. Wewould've left, although had a car in front of us and many vehicles behind us, some of which, did leave. When arriving at thewindow to receive our order, they had no condiments or any other necessary items d/t no truck delivery. That, I can understandwas not their fault. I will also add, the associates supplying us with our order, were trying to be polite while we were at thewindow. However, waiting that length of time to place an order at a Drive thru, being COMPLETELY ignored and overlooked, beingtold we're too busy to take your order by an associate (WHAT???!!!), and then, having no supplies???!!!....was extremelyunacceptable, unprofessional and the worst customer service skills, I have ever experienced in my life!
