My order was picture perfect!

Ordered a Big Mac, French Fries, small hamburger, a filet O?fish, for dinner. Got to the window, paid, got to the second... window, waited 10 minutes, maybe longer. Our food was served hot and quick. It was delicious! The service was fast and friendly.
The handicapped entrance was locked when I attempted to gain access to the dining room to place my order. I entered through the... regular entrance and placed my order, also informing the staff of the locked handicapped entrance. My order was filled quicklyand I departed through the handicapped entrance. Yikes. That?s all I can say. The drive through lane was already moving slowly and we waited for a long time until we got to the... speaker which is fine and it happens. Ordered ice cream for the kids. Paid. Then the line got stuck again and it was probably 15minutes until we finally made it to the window where the very nice girl (she really was friendly) informed us regrettably thatthey ran out of ice cream. Lol. I kind of have to laugh because we paid and waited but again. It happens. They tried to sub itfor milk shake but also ran out of that so they offered Frappuccinos which I said no thank you, it?s for the kids. Could we atleast have a happy Meal? Something? No they could only sub it for another drink. But at this point with gas prices almost $5 agallon and waiting in line for that long I feel like they should have accommodated us a little more. And basically at that pointthey just gave us a refund. So I waited in line for all that time and wasted gas?. For nothing. And that is not good customerservice. Just sayin. Read more

Had an issue with using my app, the manager Jessica was quick to fix it. Never had a problem going here.
