First time and it was phenomenal. The portions are insane for the price in a great way. The waitress Haley was also so nice... and offered incredible service. The food without a doubt was beyond expectations, it was exquisite. The taste was out of thisworld and the whole experience is a must. My wife and I definitely found our new go to place for breakfast whenever in town! Read more

Put server, Haley, was kind and helpful when ordering. Good atmosphere withsouvenirs to buy if you wanted. Highly recommend eating here! Read more

So to be honest pancakes are not my favorite when it comes to breakfast, I find them to be too filling. I?d rather eat my eggs,... bacon, sausage, and hash browns. However, I love pumpkin spice so I figured I would try them out. For those that don?t care forpancakes, there are other plates that don?t have pancakes/waffles/French toast. First of all the service was great, the placewas really busy for a Sunday and it did take some time before we got our food, but our server made sure we were taken care of.The food was great, they made my hash browns the way I like them, nice and crispy! As for the pumpkin spice pancakes, I have tosay I am a fan! They were really good and soft and the toppings that came with them were really good too. Though if your notinto too much sweet I would ask for it on the side so you can control how sweet it can be. For those that have to watch yousugar or gluten intake majority of there pancakes are gluten free. They also have low carb options. Overall, I think I have afavorite spot for breakfast. So you will catch me come around again. If you can?t make it here they also have another locationin Merritt Island called ?Merritt Island Pancake House?. On a side note this place is veteran owned and supports their firstresponders and military. I love a place that does that and backs it up by giving them a discount. Read more

A really great place for a good deal on breakfast. Lots of good savory and sweet options. I had the breakfast burrito, my fiance... had the chicken and waffles, and my daughter had the chocolate chip mickey pancakes. Great service and a clean lookingrestaurant. Just be aware that they do charge a 3% convenience fee for paying with a credit card. Read more

We came here this morning after seeing a review photo last night and were quite shocked to find out that the plate in the photo... was FAR larger than it appeared to be. This place did not mess around. If you're down for super kind service from lovely peoplelike Susie and infant-sized platters of magnificently fresh food, this is the spot. It was our first try, but most definitelywill not be our last! Read more

If you want really good pancakes, this is the place! The pancakes are huge and they have all sorts of options and flavors. They... also offer other breakfast selections, including chicken and waffles! They do have mimosas as well. They also have a small shopthat has some nice merchandise that you can purchase, which ranges from t-shirts to some frames for your home. Read more

I was there on a Saturday at 10:30am for Brunch, it was very busy but we were able to get a table fairly quickly. The place... was clean, the service was excellent. I ordered the chicken and waffles, the presentation was perfect and the portion was huge.It was well worth the $13.99 that I was charged. My mimosa was yummy, too. I will definitely come back! Note, I deducted onestar because I was charged a 3% convenience fee for using a credit card. I will save you my diatribe of how I feel about thatonly to say that next time I will bring cash because when I use a credit card the convenience is for everyone involved, not justme. So I refuse to pay extra for that service. Read more
