Lots of employees, but not enough to get drinks made right and in a timely manner. Not many people inside only 3 customers... before me waiting a while to get a drink each. I love going to Starbucks, but this one is the worst. Even when you tell themthey made the drink wrong, they said they would make it right and started working on others. Would not recommend this one!!! Read more

Lati was so kind and helpful while we were in the drive thru. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable while we were... waiting for our drinks to come out and gave us good recommendations on places in the area to visit while on vacation. Read more

The cashier misspelled my name so I was sitting there for 15 minutes. I went to one of the barsta and asked why it?s taking so... long she told me I am in line. Not trying to find out where my drinks are. It was sitting on the table spell with a name callDez. My name is Liz. Not close. The sandwich was cold but I asked can you rewarm the sandwich. I was told to leave and refused service. I will start out about my experience on the Sunday morning of 5/22/2022 at... approximately 10:30 am EST. I was refused service. I am a frequent customer at this Starbucks and often tip for the service Ireceive. Today, I entered and they said the in store cafe was closed and mobile ordering was down. The drive thru was the onlyoption. I walked up on foot to this Starbucks. I had cash only. I said can you please make an exception, because I am on footand cannot go through the drive thru. I also asked since I am here frequently and you know me, if you can please take cash andgive me an exception. The employee on duty at the time said no. He refused to serve me. This Starbucks needs to have theirpriorities revisited. Customer excellence and appreciation does not happen here. If it were not for the customers, thisStarbucks would not be operational. One star. I would give zero stars if I could. I have been coming to this Starbucks foryears, tip the employees often, and they refuse to make an exception for me because I was on foot and did not have a car. Thehot summer heat and horrible humidity outside was not even factored in their decision in refusing service to theircustomers. One of the best decisions is to now write corporate. And good for me for having an extended family member who worksat the main Seattle location and is in the upper-level of the employee supervision chain. I look forward to hearing theirresponse. As for such, the names of the employees and the manager of this place (whose name I know fully) will be mentioned toboth her and them. The drive thru line was long so I went inside to see that drive thru was their priority. The young lady took my order then I... waited almost 20 minutes while the guy made everyone else coffee but mine and one of them was just a large black coffee. I see ayoung lady and ask her can she make my coffee and I wouldn't have had I known she would ask him to make it. The other coffee wasa salted caramel cold brew light ice. I get it it's literally a cup of ice but at this point I take it and leave. It doesn'ttaste right so I do what I need to do without any coffee and come back. I give her back her mess and ask for it to be madecorrectly. She does and offers for me to keep the other coffee. I throw it in their garage were it belongs and she makes theother correctly. As poorly as I was treated had I known I wouldn't have left a tip as well as as much as you pay please get itright but my main thing is for those of us that take the time to get out of our cars treat us as such the people in their carsare sitting down comfortably. What?s going on with this place? Mobile orders only & lobby closed? They make it extremely difficult for us non cell phone... users as well as physically challenged to assess. At the time of my visit, there were seven staff members visible, indicating ashift to the national ?to-go? model & not a focus on customer service. Very disappointed in our local store. Definitely giveBagel 13 a try, right around the corner and locally owned! It?s great! Read more

I ordered a tall hot chocolate with caramel drizzle this morning. What I received was a HALF cup of warm milk. I drove back to... ask them to replace my drink, which they kindly did. However, when I got back to my office and opened the lid, I saw a piece ofplastic floating around in my drink - how disgusting!! Even though the staff is friendly, the quality control is extremely poorat this Murrell Road location. Read more

Overall it was a great branch. Angel and Hannah were amazing and helpful. However, there was a fly in the glass case with the... snacks. Besides that, the java chip frapp and the almond milk latte was pretty tasty. The hot mocha wasn't as good though. Thebathrooms were clean and had the essentials. Read more
