Employees here are always nice & Olyvia is awesome! I got a drink at a neighboring Starbucks that forgot the milk in my... beverage, I didnt realize until I had driven off but since I was passing by the Viera Starbucks I stopped in to see if I couldpurchase the milk or ask for some to add to my drink. I explained this to Olyvia & she was very apologetic & said she wouldrather re-make the drink completely since they're not cheap! Even though a small side of milk would have been fine, I appreciatethat she took the extra effort to make it right when it wasn't even her store that had made the mistake! Read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and the service and products there are always amazing. The employees are... incredible in every way, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and it always starts my day off great. My drinks areconsistently delicious. Asked for a chocolate cold brew with 2 stevias no vanilla syrup. I think they added both tasted like liquid sugar. Not even sure... it was actual cold brew. Please train your employees on how to make the orders properly. Read more
