Employees here are always nice & Olyvia is awesome! I got a drink at a neighboring Starbucks that forgot the milk in my... beverage, I didnt realize until I had driven off but since I was passing by the Viera Starbucks I stopped in to see if I couldpurchase the milk or ask for some to add to my drink. I explained this to Olyvia & she was very apologetic & said she wouldrather re-make the drink completely since they're not cheap! Even though a small side of milk would have been fine, I appreciatethat she took the extra effort to make it right when it wasn't even her store that had made the mistake! Read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for a while now and the service and products there are always amazing. The employees are... incredible in every way, they go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and it always starts my day off great. My drinks areconsistently delicious. If i dont know what to order, they always give great recommendations. You guys are awesome. Read more
Asked for a chocolate cold brew with 2 stevias no vanilla syrup. I think they added both tasted like liquid sugar. Not even sure... it was actual cold brew. Please train your employees on how to make the orders properly. Read more
I really enjoy coming to this location. The staff here is super friendly and always smiling even when they are slammed with many... customers and orders. I get such great vibes from everyone here. Also, my different, variety order of drinks are always onpoint. I never have to ask for extra syrup or expresso because it is always made correctly and tastes wonderful. Wow! This Starbucks is absolutely amazing! They always have great drinks and staff. I thought they made my drink the wrong size... today so they remade it immediately. After I reviewed my order with another employee, I realized they made my order 100%accurate the first time. I would give their customer service more than 5 stars if I could! Read more

Although I am not a fan of over-roasted beams, I will stop into Starbucks when traveling. The store on Stadium Parkway in... Viera,Florida was the best I have seen. It was fully staffed which is not always the case. While very busy, the staff wereperfectly in sync. It was almost like watching a professional ballet company as they took and filled orders.
