First time in since Covid and Heidi left; the store was filthy with food all over the floor and seats-- also bugs. I stepped on... one and it popped, which is why I started to actually look at the store. I loudly announced what happened and one of the clerksgot up and remarked that it had to happen on their lunch break. Which is rough and it is gross, but the employee also got upfrom eating at a table that also had a layer of dropped and discarded food around it, so I doubt cleanliness was the issue forthem. Went to get lunch for me and some coworkers. Thought it was going to be bad from the start bc the lady said she didnt know how... to make a signature sub... then I was told no chicken for the teriyaki chicken but could use rotisserie chicken. I was skepticalas was the lady making it. BUT it was amazing! I WILL BE ORDERING IT THIS WAY FROM NOW ON ???? staff was polite and there was aline for lunch but they did great! After driving out of my way after a long day of work, I went into this subway almost 2 hours prior to them closing. When I... walked in, the worker was cleaning sauce bottles and gave me a dirty look. I said ?if you?re cleaning for the night you don?thave to help me?, being understanding as I worked at a sub shop for years. She told me to wait until she was done cleaning inorder to get food so I left. After working a long day, then driving out of my way to get food, this was the last way I wanted tobe treated. Definitely won?t be returning to this subway if I intend to have food made for me. Read more

Server was nice and she made my sub as in point as possible and I would definitely have lunch there again.
This location is open til 11pm which is nice for us certain customers who get off later even on a Sunday but the poor girl... working alone definitely needed atleast one other person ATLEAST! She handled the busyness very well but I felt so bad for her.I came in to pick up an order I had scheduled to be ready when I got off, not ready and had to wait which is okay as I came intoher working on a large for here order and two other customers behind them? If you?re going to be the one location in the areaopen later than others you should have more than one person working, one for store orders and one for pickups. Kudos to the girlworking though! I work customer service nearby as well and she handled herself very well. It?s just unfair to do that to youremployees when everywhere is desperately hiring. Read more
