Best Taco Bell employees AND food in all of Brevard county. Every time we go, everybody is unconditionally polite, very fast... paced, (we never wait long) the food is absolutely perfect, and the employees (especially night crew) are hysterical andpleasant to interact with. I am highly allergic to tomatoes. I just went through the drive through and specially said SUPREME NO TOMATOES AND THE MANAGER... (Caucasian guy) read my order back to me after letting myself and sister know they didn?t have anything but tacos and burritos.I took about two nice bites of my soft taco and now I?m headed to the hospital because my throat is numb . I will be reachingout to higher management because this is not the first time they?ve done this and it?s ridiculous because they weren?t busy atall myself and one other vehicle behind me . They don?t close until 2am so the reason for them rushing and almost killing me isridiculous. Read more
I mean it's Taco Bell. They are usually pretty quick in the drive thru, employees are generally pretty nice as well. Only reason... for the 4 star is that on many occasions I do not get what I ordered when I go through the drive thru. It's almost always short1 item. On other occasions I get something completely different than ordered. Also haven't been getting drinks when ordered.That's my fault for not checking but I don't want to hold the line up and I trust they can count and do their job but I guessthey can't. Read more
I used door dash to order my family food ( two taco party packs ) to which we were to pick up. The pick up time was 3:54 exactly... 13 minutes from the time we ordered. We picked up our order before 4 only to find that our food was cold. Not even warm butcold. The reason for this is because they put the food directly under the air conditioner vent on an ice cold counter. Anythingwarm that is put onto a cold surface will quickly lose heat. Not a great place to put hot food for pickup. In any case webrought the food back in and they said they would make us two more party packs. They even gave us free drinks while we waited.We waited an additional 25 minutes for them to make us our food which is interesting because our original order was only to take13 minutes and they were not busy. Well once we finally got our food , these tacos were also cold and barely had any meat onthem. They were like cold salads on tortillas. I have never had this experience with tacobell before and we have ordered fromthis location before. Further more, the girl who we initially informed of this problem was very nice but the older woman who Iassume was the Manager did not have a very friendly demeanor. We waisted our time and money. The new almost $6 DOUBLE STUFFED!!! Steak grilled cheese burrito. Yeah it?s definitely double stuffed... whole order made... incorrectly. Short staff does not excuse poor food quality I am always super patient as I am also a service worker. But this isjust ridiculous. Read more
Everything was great with the exception of my order missing an item, but there was no issues rectifying the situation. The... service was great, the staff was friendly, and the food was fresh. I couldn't ask for much more so thank you for the greatexperience and keep up the good work! Read more
