First time visiting this location. Wait was short and estimate was accurate. Service was friendly and attentive during a busy... dinner rush. We went on kids night (Tuesday) and they brought crafts to the table and had someone making balloon animals. Foodwas good! Never had to wait on a drink refill which makes for a nice dinner experience! Overall a great experience and will comeback! Read more

Every bite of food was hot, fresh and delicious. The onion was steaming and on point, crunchy and good. The drink was delicious... and fair priced. The steak was the best steak I have ever eaten. Texas roadhouse in Viera has just celebrated its second anniversary. They had the unfortunate lack of opening during Covid. But... I was incredibly impressed at how clean and well run this restaurant is. It was a crowded Thursday night, which I thought was alittle unusual, but the staff handled everything perfectly. I’m a former restaurant consultant so I look for certain things,and this place happen to tick every box. Everyone from the hostess to the gentleman who seated us to the waitress who served uswas incredibly friendly, accommodating, and accurate. I ordered the fillet medallions and they were perfectly cooked and verytasty. I did try their steak sauce which I thought was a little too smoky, but fortunately they still serve A1 in a cup. They dowarn people with peanut allergies at the front door, but they’re no longer served in baskets and I didn’t see many shells onthe floor as I have in the past. The staff did a little line dance number which I thought was unnecessary, but for a forcedperformance, the staff members who participated actually looked like they were enjoying it. Five stars all day long. We will behappy to return to Texas Roadhouse. Read more
