The grilled chicken nuggets I received were heavily seasoned making them too salty. My Grilled Club was good but the lemonade... packed a pucker. Staff were friendly and service was relatively quick. Read more
Another fantastic Chick Fil A! Friendly staff and great food! I happened to sit where a manager was conducting a review for a... staff member. I was able to over hear some of the things that was said and this manager was incredibly supportive andencouraging. He spoke really well and offered the staff member support and advice on progressing through the company. It soundedlike a great place to work! Read more
Love chick fil a and get it regularly. But something that I have noticed about this particular one off of Sierra college is that... the staff is not as friendly or personable as all of the other ones. They also often forget part of your order. I've left therewithout my fries and toppings to salads on different occasions. And I understand that part of the falls on me (that's why Icheck it al the window now be for leaving). But I wanted to point it out, because again, I go there more than I should and theseare things that I've picked up on at this location. Other than that, chick fil a has such good food ???? Read more
The only reason I?m giving this place 2 stars is because the person taking my order outside was very friendly. I ordered a... large cup of ice with my meal. When I got to the window the lady handed me my food and then walked away. When she finally cameback, I asked for my cup of ice and she seems super annoyed and rolled her eyes. She took forever to get it. When she finallyhanded it to me I said thank you, but she completely ignored me and walked off. I got home and noticed my cup holder was filledwith water. The bottom of the cup was busted and the ice melted everywhere. I?m hoping it wasn?t on purpose, but the attitudethe lady gave me makes me think otherwise. Based on the taste of the food and the friendliness of the staff, this is a five star Chick-fil-A. My chicken sandwich was hot... and delicious. I had to deduct a star for not having dine in or bathrooms available. They are a few steps behind in placercounty safety guidelines.
